Luca & Romeo make returns and exchanges easy with our hassle-free return policy. All eligible items in original, unworn condition may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt for a refund to the original payment method. In order to return an item, you need to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number online, please go to the [Returns Center]. Issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) days.

  • Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  • Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
  • The RMA number must be written clearly on the shipping carton to prevent refusal.

 

Please do not ship a returned item to us without an RMA authorization. In the event that a return is shipped back to us without an RMA number the return will be rejected and sent back to the sender. We do not make ourselves responsible for returns that are lost or stolen in transit.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

All returns or exchanged items must:

  • Be returned within 7 Days from the date of purchase.
  • Have an RMA number.
  • Be in new and unused condition.
  • Have the red security sticker/band intact and unaltered.
  • Be in their original packaging.
  • Include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. If any accessories, such as – but not limited to – a strap, box, or papers, are missing from your return, a replacement fee will be charged based on either the replacement cost or value of the missing item. We will reach out to you if we detect any accessories are missing before you are charged.

 

Please note that watches must be in unused condition for us to be able to grant a refund. We do not accept any refunds where the product shows the slightest sign of use. The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the product was received. We recommend taking a picture of how you have packed your return for future references.

 

What is This Red Sticker/Band on My Watch?

At the time of shipping, all returnable items are affixed with a one-time use sticker. This means that the item has been inspected by our specialist to ensure you are getting an item free of defect and in great condition. If you return the item and the one-time use sticker has been removed or altered, we cannot ensure the watch has not been tampered with. Because of this, we’ll need to put the watch back through our inspection process to ensure the next buyer is receiving a product of the same quality and caliber.

 

I Removed the Red Sticker/Band. Can I Still Return the Watch?

We understand that receiving your purchase can be an exciting experience and you may accidentally take the red sticker off. We try our best to inform our customers about this red sticker/band and its significance, but accidents happen. In the event that you have altered or removed the red sticker, don’t fret—you can still return your item. However, due to the inspection process mentioned above, you’ll be given a refund of the final sale price minus an inspection fee of 10% up to $500. Upon inspection if we find that the item has been altered/used, then we reserve the right to reject the return and will send the item back to sender.

 

US Addresses

In order to make a return or exchange your product, please use our [returns portal]. Prepaid labels are available for only US domestic states (lower 48 states). U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses do not qualify for prepaid return labels.

Please note that the package must be dispatched within 7 days upon receipt of the prepaid return label. If your order is not eligible for free returns it must be dispatched within 7 days of notifying us of your intent to return your order.

 

International Addresses (Outside of US)

For international customers, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. We recommend arranging for your return with FedEx or UPS and adding signature confirmation as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns processed by any other carrier.

A note to our International (non-United States) customers: If a delivery is rejected, the incurred customs fees are charged as a restocking fee that will be deducted from the refunded amount processed back to your original payment method. Otherwise, during a standard return, all shipping labels are the customer's responsibility. Any previously incurred customs fees and/or taxes are non-refundable but can be petitioned through customs if so desired.

 

Defective Items:

If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us via contact page and a customer service associate will troubleshoot the issues. All defective return requests extending beyond our policy return window must be approved in advance by the brand or our management team.

 

Returns Fee for “Free Shipping” Items

If the item was shipped with “free shipping” at the time of ordering, there will be a fee for the initial cost of shipping the item to the customer. All returns will have the initial cost of shipping from our facility to the customer deducted from the return.

 

Return & Exchange Processing Time

Refunds may take up to 15 business days to process once the item is received and approved. Exchange processing times vary from brand to brand and product availability.

 

Refunds

Please note that we require items to be received and checked before we’re able to process a refund.

Shipping and customs/duties refunds. We do not refund any shipping cost that is inured by the customer. For example, if the customer pays for express shipping this fee will not be included in the refund. Also we do not refund any customs/duties charges that occur with the order.

 

Cancellations

We cannot guarantee cancellation of an order before dispatch, therefore we ask you to pay close attention during the order process.

 

Promotional items

Items included as part of a promotion are required to be returned in the event of a return or cancellation. They are not considered to be a complimentary item. The exchange of promotional items is not covered by complimentary shipping.
