Warranty

We provide all our customers with the manufacturer’s factory warranty on all the products sold in our store. Please see below for a list of all the warranty terms for each brand.

FESTINA SWISS

The warranty on all products is 2 years from receipt of the product. For more information, please see the manufacturer’s website, Festina Warranty.

HAMILTON

Your HAMILTON® watch is warranted by Hamilton International Ltd for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. For more information, please refer to your warranty booklet or the Hamilton Warranty.

LONGINES

A twenty-four (24) month warranty on all Longines ® watches models and a five (5) year warranty on the automatic watches purchased from January 1, 2021, under the terms set out in this warranty. For more information, please refer to your warranty booklet or the Longines website.

MASERATI

All watches come with a 24-month warranty effective from the date of purchase. For more information pertaining to warranty please visit Maserati website.

MIDO 

The MIDO watches bought from an authorized retailer are covered by a 24-month sales warranty as per the conditions below. Please refer to the MIDO watch website for further information.

PHILIPP PLEIN

Your PHILIPP PLEIN watch is internationally warranted by Timex Nederland B.V. for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of purchase under the terms of this warranty. This warranty is only valid if your watch was purchased from an authorized retailer. For more information, please visit the Philipp Plein website.

TIMEX

Your TIMEX® watch is warrantied against manufacturing defects by Timex Group USA, Inc. for a period of ONE YEAR from the original purchase date. Timex and its worldwide affiliates will honor this International Warranty. For more information, please visit the Timex website.

TISSOT

Your TISSOT® watch is warranted by TISSOT S.A. for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. The warranty only comes into force if the electronic warranty is activated by an official TISSOT® dealer, or failing that, the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed, and stamped by an official TISSOT® dealer (“valid warranty”).
