Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Luca & Romeo purchase! That's why we've made returns and exchanges super simple. If something isn't quite right, you can return eligible items within 15 days of receiving them, as long as they're in their original, unworn condition. We'll gladly issue a refund to your original payment method.
How to Return an Item:
- Get Your Return Authorization (RMA): Just head over to our [Returns Center] to request your RMA number online – it's quick and easy!
- Pack it Up: Place your item in its original packaging, then put that inside a shipping box.
- Include the Essentials: Don't forget to include your invoice and a little note about why you're returning the item. If it's defective, please tell us more about the issue via email hello@lucaandromeo.com.
- Keep it Clean: Please avoid sticking labels directly onto the original manufacturer's packaging.
- RMA is Key: Make sure your RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the shipping box. This helps us process your return smoothly!
Heads Up! Please don't send anything back without getting an RMA first. Returns without one might get sent back to you. We also can't be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

What Items Can Be Returned or Exchanged?
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items need to:
- Be sent back within 15 days of when you received them.
- Have an RMA number (you'll get this from our Returns Center).
- Be in brand new, unused condition.
- Have the original red security sticker/band still attached and untouched.
- Be in their original packaging, complete with everything it came with.
- Include all the original goodies: packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, and any accessories (like straps, boxes, or papers). If something's missing, we might need to charge a small replacement fee, but we'll always let you know beforehand.
A Special Note About Our Watches:
We take extra care to ensure every watch is perfect. Because of this, watches must be completely unused to be eligible for a refund. We can't accept returns on watches that show any sign of wear. Please make sure the watch is in its original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact, just as you received it. Taking a quick photo of how you packed your return can be helpful for your records!
For Our Friends in the USA:
Returning or exchanging is easy! Just use our [returns portal] to get started. We offer prepaid shipping labels for addresses within the lower 48 US states. Unfortunately, we can't provide prepaid labels for U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Hello International Customers!
For our amazing customers outside the US, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using FedEx, UPS or DHL and adding signature confirmation for peace of mind, as we can't guarantee receipt of returns sent through other carriers.
A friendly reminder for our international customers: If a delivery is refused, any customs fees we incur will be deducted from your refund as a restocking fee. For standard returns, you'll be responsible for all shipping labels. Any customs fees or taxes you initially paid are non-refundable but might be recoverable through your local customs office.
Uh Oh, Something's Not Right (Defective Items):
If you think you've received a defective item, please reach out to us through our contact page or email hello@lucaandromeo.com. Our friendly customer service team will be happy to help troubleshoot the issue.
Returns on Items with "Free Shipping":
If your order qualified for "free shipping," please note that the original cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund.
How Long Does it Take? (Return & Exchange Processing):
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds usually take up to 15 business days to process. Exchange times can vary depending on the brand and product availability.
All About Refunds:
Just a heads-up, we need to receive and inspect your returned item before we can process your refund.
Shipping and Customs/Duties Refunds: We're unable to refund any shipping costs you paid (like for express shipping) or any customs duties or taxes associated with your order.
Cancellations:
We do our best to process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order before submitting it.
Promotional Items:
If an item was included as part of a special promotion, it needs to be returned if you're returning the main item or canceling your order. These aren't considered complimentary gifts. Please note that complimentary shipping doesn't apply to the exchange of promotional items.
